                          Veg Biryani   Ingredients  :                      Quality Basmati rice - 300 g, Tomato - 150 g, Onion - 150 g, Potatoes - 100 g, Carrots - 100 g, Peas, Beans, Corn - 75 g (Daula 25 g), Chili powder - One tablespoon  , Turmeric powder - a quarter teaspoon, salt - to taste, yogurt - two tablespoons, lemon - half, green chillies - two, coriander leaves - a quarter, mint - a quarter, oil - 75 ml, ghee - two teaspoons, pound.  , Clove, Elam - Daula One   Recipe  : Chop onions, tomatoes and vegetables.  Soak the rice for 20 minutes. Pour oil and a tablespoon of ghee in the cooker, add coriander, cloves, cardamom, onion and fry well.  When the onion is wilted, add the ginger garlic paste and saut until it turns green. Add the tomatoes, green chillies, three-quarters of the coriander, mint, chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and stir well.  Stir and cook for 5 minutes. Then add corn, peas and yoghurt, stir and leave to simmer for 5 minutes. Add water, 30

Milk Rice...

                    Milk rice required.
Ingredients
                         1 liter of rice, half a kilo of rice, stewed fermented milk, salt, oil as needed, a spoonful of mustard, a spoonful of lentils, a spoonful of green chillies, a pinch of ghee, cashews, peeled carrots, grapes, pomegranate pearls.
Recipe
                   Take half a kilo of rice, soak it and drain it leaving enough water in the cooker.  Add half a tumbler of water more than normal.  Let the rice simmer well for a couple of whistles.  Then lower the cooker and let it cool.  Pour the batter into a non-stick pan.  Now grind the stock well with a lentil paste.  Mash the rice.  As much as that hollow Add the required salt and grind before the last grind.  Now the rice should be hot enough to handle.  Now pour a liter of well-distilled milk into the batter and mix well.  Now the rice should be well soldered.  If not pour a little more milk.  Pour the required amount of oil in a small frying pan and place in the oven.  After the oil dries, add a tablespoon of mustard and a tablespoon of white legumes and let it fry.  Heat 51 green chilli powder and fry in a frying pan. Heat hot green chillies and fry in a frying pan.  Add even a little apricot and pour everything into the saucepan.  Add ghee-roasted cashews, powdered cucumber, grated carrot, seedless grapes, pomegranate seeds and mix well.  Delicious Milk Rice Ready.....
