                          Veg Biryani   Ingredients  :                      Quality Basmati rice - 300 g, Tomato - 150 g, Onion - 150 g, Potatoes - 100 g, Carrots - 100 g, Peas, Beans, Corn - 75 g (Daula 25 g), Chili powder - One tablespoon  , Turmeric powder - a quarter teaspoon, salt - to taste, yogurt - two tablespoons, lemon - half, green chillies - two, coriander leaves - a quarter, mint - a quarter, oil - 75 ml, ghee - two teaspoons, pound.  , Clove, Elam - Daula One   Recipe  : Chop onions, tomatoes and vegetables.  Soak the rice for 20 minutes. Pour oil and a tablespoon of ghee in the cooker, add coriander, cloves, cardamom, onion and fry well.  When the onion is wilted, add the ginger garlic paste and saut until it turns green. Add the tomatoes, green chillies, three-quarters of the coriander, mint, chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and stir well.  Stir and cook for 5 minutes. Then add corn, peas and yoghurt, stir and leave to simmer for 5 minutes. Add water, 30

Madurai Mutton Curry Dosa..

              Madurai Mutton Curry Dosa
required things :.         

 Mutton mashed curry - 200 g

 Dosa flour - 1 tbsp

 Onions - 1

 Tomatoes - 1

 Eggs - 3

 Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 tsp

 Chili powder - 1 tbsp

 Coriander powder - 3/4 tbsp

 Garam masala - 1/2 tsp

 Pepper powder - 1 tbsp

 Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp

 Cumin - 1/2 tsp

 Oil - 3 tbsp

 Mustard - 1/2 tsp

 Anise - 1/2 tsp

 Salt - as needed

 Recipe:

 Add a tablespoon of chilli powder and salt to the curry and cook till it comes to 2 whistles in the cooker.

 The curry should boil like a sponge.  Then chop the onion and tomato into powder and beat the eggs (no salt required).  Pour oil in a frying pan and season with mustard and anise.

 Add onion, ginger and garlic paste and saut போக until green. Add tomatoes and other powders except pepper powder and leave to fry.

 Add the boiled curry to the water and let it boil until it becomes thick (not watery).

 Put the sim in the oven and take the dough out of the oven and pour in a little puff pastry.  When it is lightly fried pour a spoonful of egg.

 Put a spoonful of curry on top and spread.  Then sprinkle a tablespoon of pepper powder on top and turn the oil around and press the dosa.

 Prepare delicious Madurai curry dosa if you leave it for a minute.  This requires nothing to touch.  Spicy can be eaten intact.
