                          Veg Biryani   Ingredients  :                      Quality Basmati rice - 300 g, Tomato - 150 g, Onion - 150 g, Potatoes - 100 g, Carrots - 100 g, Peas, Beans, Corn - 75 g (Daula 25 g), Chili powder - One tablespoon  , Turmeric powder - a quarter teaspoon, salt - to taste, yogurt - two tablespoons, lemon - half, green chillies - two, coriander leaves - a quarter, mint - a quarter, oil - 75 ml, ghee - two teaspoons, pound.  , Clove, Elam - Daula One   Recipe  : Chop onions, tomatoes and vegetables.  Soak the rice for 20 minutes. Pour oil and a tablespoon of ghee in the cooker, add coriander, cloves, cardamom, onion and fry well.  When the onion is wilted, add the ginger garlic paste and saut until it turns green. Add the tomatoes, green chillies, three-quarters of the coriander, mint, chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and stir well.  Stir and cook for 5 minutes. Then add corn, peas and yoghurt, stir and leave to simmer for 5 minutes. Add water, 30

Shark fish broth

required things:

 Shark fish - 500 g

 Small onion - 100 g

 Tomatoes - 1

 Mustard - to season

 Dill - half a teaspoon

 5 cloves of garlic

 Ginger - small piece

 Green Chili - 2

 Coriander - a little

 Oil - 2 tbsp

 Not a bit of curry

 Things to dissolve:

 Turmeric powder - half a teaspoon

 Chili powder - 1 tbsp

 Tamarind - the size of a gooseberry

 Sesame powder - 1 tbsp

 Salt - 2 tbsp

 Ingredients:

 Pepper - 10

 Cumin - 1 tbsp.

 Recipe:

 First the fish should be thoroughly cleaned.  Onions, tomatoes and garlic should be finely chopped.  Dissolve the tamarind in 4 cups of water.

 Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, sesame powder and salt and dissolve.

 Drain the oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, dill and dill.  Then add garlic, onion and curry leaves and fry.

 After the onion is wilted, add the tomatoes and the tamarind and let it boil for 15 minutes.

 Now fry the pepper and cumin in a frying pan and mix well.

 Ginger should be powdered.  Grate the green chillies in half.

 Once the broth boils well, add the fish, ground powder, ginger and green chillies and let the fish boil. Sprinkle with coriander and serve.
