                          Veg Biryani   Ingredients  :                      Quality Basmati rice - 300 g, Tomato - 150 g, Onion - 150 g, Potatoes - 100 g, Carrots - 100 g, Peas, Beans, Corn - 75 g (Daula 25 g), Chili powder - One tablespoon  , Turmeric powder - a quarter teaspoon, salt - to taste, yogurt - two tablespoons, lemon - half, green chillies - two, coriander leaves - a quarter, mint - a quarter, oil - 75 ml, ghee - two teaspoons, pound.  , Clove, Elam - Daula One   Recipe  : Chop onions, tomatoes and vegetables.  Soak the rice for 20 minutes. Pour oil and a tablespoon of ghee in the cooker, add coriander, cloves, cardamom, onion and fry well.  When the onion is wilted, add the ginger garlic paste and saut until it turns green. Add the tomatoes, green chillies, three-quarters of the coriander, mint, chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and stir well.  Stir and cook for 5 minutes. Then add corn, peas and yoghurt, stir and leave to simmer for 5 minutes. Add water, 30

Chettinad Chicken Broth...

              Chettinad Chicken Broth 

 Chicken Broth Ingredients
                    
                     Half a Kg Ingredient Chicken Large Onion |  1 tomato 13 ginger garlic one and a half paste teaspoon coriander a handful Foliage Curry leaves |  2 bunch |  1 tablespoon chili powder spoon turmeric powder half a teaspoon salt as needed oil.     

  Roast poppy seeds: Grind coconut Half a cup dried chillies - 6 2 tbsp cumin - 5 tbsp cumin - half a teaspoon cloves - 1 bark - 1 anise - 1 tbsp.  

 Recipe:
   
            Pour 3 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry with cloves, coriander, cumin, cumin and anise.  Add poppy seeds and dried chillies to the vatakki and finally add the grated coconut and take the vatakki.  Then add ginger garlic paste and grind everything finely.       
                                      Pour 4 tbsp oil in the frying pan again and fry with onion and curry leaves. Add tomatoes and stir fry well. Add turmeric powder and chilli powder. When well browned add the chicken pieces and cover the frying pan and bring to the boil. When the chicken is cooked, add ground spices, salt and bring to a boil. When the oil boils well and separates, sprinkle with coriander leaves. | Delicious Chettinad Chicken Broth Ready!
