                          Veg Biryani   Ingredients  :                      Quality Basmati rice - 300 g, Tomato - 150 g, Onion - 150 g, Potatoes - 100 g, Carrots - 100 g, Peas, Beans, Corn - 75 g (Daula 25 g), Chili powder - One tablespoon  , Turmeric powder - a quarter teaspoon, salt - to taste, yogurt - two tablespoons, lemon - half, green chillies - two, coriander leaves - a quarter, mint - a quarter, oil - 75 ml, ghee - two teaspoons, pound.  , Clove, Elam - Daula One   Recipe  : Chop onions, tomatoes and vegetables.  Soak the rice for 20 minutes. Pour oil and a tablespoon of ghee in the cooker, add coriander, cloves, cardamom, onion and fry well.  When the onion is wilted, add the ginger garlic paste and saut until it turns green. Add the tomatoes, green chillies, three-quarters of the coriander, mint, chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and stir well.  Stir and cook for 5 minutes. Then add corn, peas and yoghurt, stir and leave to simmer for 5 minutes. Add water, 30

Chettinad fried chicken.

required things :

 Chicken - half a kilo

 Garlic - 1 whole garlic

 Ginger - 50 g

 Dried chillies - 4 - 5

 Anise - 2 tbsp

 Pepper - 2 tbsp

 Green Chili - 2

 Onions - 150 g

 Tomatoes - 100 g

 Curry leaves - 2 bunch

 Peanut flour - half a cup

 Coconut - foot cover

 Oil

 Salt - the required amount

 Recipe :

 Clean the skewers and cut into small pieces and place in a separate bowl.

 Fry the pepper, dried chillies, anise, curry leaves and coconut without oil, grind until smooth and mix well with the chicken and cook well.

 Then add ginger, garlic paste, 1 tablespoon of oil, required salt and let it simmer again.  Soak for 20 minutes.

 Sprinkle with peanut flour, pepper, required amount of salt and a little water and make into a thick batter. If required, add rice flour and baking soda.

 Heat enough oil to fry in a pan, soak the spicy peanut flour in the oil and simmer in the oil until golden brown. (Peanut flour should be odorless during frying).

 Heat 1 tbsp oil in another pan, add powdered chopped onion and fry till golden.

 Add green chillies, curry leaves, chopped tomatoes, salt and stir fry in half.

 Stir in the fried chicken pieces and sprinkle with coriander.
