                          Veg Biryani   Ingredients  :                      Quality Basmati rice - 300 g, Tomato - 150 g, Onion - 150 g, Potatoes - 100 g, Carrots - 100 g, Peas, Beans, Corn - 75 g (Daula 25 g), Chili powder - One tablespoon  , Turmeric powder - a quarter teaspoon, salt - to taste, yogurt - two tablespoons, lemon - half, green chillies - two, coriander leaves - a quarter, mint - a quarter, oil - 75 ml, ghee - two teaspoons, pound.  , Clove, Elam - Daula One   Recipe  : Chop onions, tomatoes and vegetables.  Soak the rice for 20 minutes. Pour oil and a tablespoon of ghee in the cooker, add coriander, cloves, cardamom, onion and fry well.  When the onion is wilted, add the ginger garlic paste and saut until it turns green. Add the tomatoes, green chillies, three-quarters of the coriander, mint, chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and stir well.  Stir and cook for 5 minutes. Then add corn, peas and yoghurt, stir and leave to simmer for 5 minutes. Add water, 30

Cooker Chicken Gravy

               Cooker Chicken Gravy
required things:

 Chicken - 1/2 kg
 Onion-3
 Tomatoes - 2
 Green Chili - 2
 Chili powder - 2 tbsp
 Turmeric powder - 1 tbsp
 Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
 Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tbsp
 Peanut flour - 1 tbsp
 Anise - 1 tbsp
 Oil - 3 tbsp
 Caraway - a little
 Coriander leaves - a little
 Salt - the required amount
 Bark, cloves, pepper - a little
 Ginger, Garlic - a little chopped

Recipe:

 First clean and wash the frying pan well.  Chop both onions and tomatoes into powder.  Sprinkle with green chillies.

 Then in the cooker add the cleaned chicken, onion, tomato, green chilli, chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, ginger paste, a little caraway, salt, 1 tbsp oil, 10 peppercorns, cloves and soak the chicken for 5 minutes.

 Add a little water to it and leave to fry then cover the cooker well.  Once the steam comes out of the cooker put the weight on.  Then let go as soon as the three whistles come.

 Now all the spices along with the curry will be well fried.

 Then pour oil in the pan and after heating add anise, a little spice powder (bark, cloves), chopped ginger and garlic and fry well.

 Add the squid in the cooker after it has dried.  Keep the lid on for a while.  Then add peanut flour and knead.

 Then when the water boils, sprinkle the coriander leaves and turn off the stove.  Cooker Chicken Gravy Ready.
