                          Veg Biryani   Ingredients  :                      Quality Basmati rice - 300 g, Tomato - 150 g, Onion - 150 g, Potatoes - 100 g, Carrots - 100 g, Peas, Beans, Corn - 75 g (Daula 25 g), Chili powder - One tablespoon  , Turmeric powder - a quarter teaspoon, salt - to taste, yogurt - two tablespoons, lemon - half, green chillies - two, coriander leaves - a quarter, mint - a quarter, oil - 75 ml, ghee - two teaspoons, pound.  , Clove, Elam - Daula One   Recipe  : Chop onions, tomatoes and vegetables.  Soak the rice for 20 minutes.                  Kumbakonam Kadapa Ingredients required:  Garlic - 100 g  Bark - 10 g  Lemon - 10 g  Large onion - 300 g  Potatoes - 300 g  Fear lentils - 200 g  Peanuts - 50 g  Green Chili-12  Green coriander - required amount  Coconut-Half lid   Recipe :  Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice.  Finely chop the onion.  Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice.  Now add groundnuts, grated coconut, four cloves of garlic, twenty grams of poppy seeds and green chillies and grind finely in a mixer.  Heat oil in a pan, add four cloves of garlic and fry till red.  Then, add the peeled lemon.  Will explode well.  Then add chopped onion and fry till red.  Add the boiled lentils to the boiling water.  Add the required amount of salt and turmeric powder and when it comes to a boil, first add the peeled potatoes.  Grind ground coconut and add peanut paste and let it boil.  Squeeze the lemon fruit, cover halfway with the simmering sauce.  Sprinkle coriander widely on top.

                              Egg Curry required things:  Eggs - 4  Large onion (chopped) - 2  Tomatoes - 1  Biryani Leaf - 1  கல்பாசி - 2  Cumin - a tablespoon  Caraway - 10 leaves  Turmeric - a quarter teaspoon  Chili - half a teaspoon  Powder - 1 tbsp  Ghee - 1 tbsp  Oil - 2 tbsp  Coriander - 4 bunch  Peeled coconut - half a cup  Cashews - 2  Peanuts - 1 tbsp  Water - half a cup  Bar - 1  Clove - 1  Cardamom - 1  Green Chili - 2  Garlic - 3 cloves  Ginger - a piece  Anise - a quarter teaspoon.   Recipe:  Boil the eggs and keep them peeled. Pour oil in the pan and season with biryani leaves, kalpashi, cumin and caraway.  Then add onion and fry till golden brown.  Add tomatoes and fry well.  Add all the powder and salt and fry for 3 minutes or until the oil separates.  Finally add coconut paste, water and egg and bring to a boil. Put on low heat for 5 minutes and sprinkle with coriander.

                        Chicken samosa required things:  Boiled Chicken- Calcio  Powdered chopped onion- 1 tbsp  Steamed pea calf  Green Chili- 4  Garam masala- 1 tbsp  Coriander Leaf- Calc  Salt- to taste  Maida-3 cups  Oil- The amount required for frying   Recipe :  Add salt and a little oil to the ground and knead like chapattima.  I simmer in the stick pan until the water evaporates.  Transfer the chicken to a separate bowl, add 2 tbsp oil, saut the onion, add garam masala and salt.
